These Terms of Service govern your use of the Daily Grace mobile application and related services. By downloading or using Daily Grace, you agree to these Terms.

Use of the App

Daily Grace is provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using unauthorized methods.

Subscriptions

Daily Grace offers optional subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. Subscription pricing and duration are displayed at the time of purchase.

Subscriptions may include a free trial period. After the free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew and you will be charged unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All payments and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.

Refunds

Refund requests are subject to Apple’s refund policies. Daily Grace does not directly process refunds.

Intellectual Property

All content in Daily Grace, including text, design, graphics, and visual elements, is owned by or licensed to Daily Grace and may not be copied, modified, or distributed without permission.

Disclaimer

Daily Grace is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Daily Grace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
